My attempts to reach out to https://am.co.za requesting a refund via phone and email were met with silence. I bought a LASER CLEANING MACHINE FOR R140 000 from Advance Machinery PTY LTD (https://am.co.za) ONLINE FROM THEIR GERMISTON STORE. After opening the package, I discovered that the machine needed an additional compressor in order to work that cost me a further R20k, this was not advised upon purchasing item, the additionally once we got the compressor, they then sent the incorrect lenses. after all this struggling and poor service and after sales support we promptly requested a refund after delivering the machine back to their shop ourselves. I followed all the required steps, yet the company chose to ignore my request. The consultant who assisted me, not very helpful, the manager displayed an unprofessional attitude that I found disappointing. I escalated the issue to their Complaints department to no avail. But AM failed to respond to any communications. Very disappointed with the service oh wait there is no service at all.......

VOX after canceling, paying the R1750 cancelation fee /claw back fee. a courier was sent I sent back 2 routers and a ups - and after numerous phone calls me sending pictures of the items I sent back. they still without my consent deduct R1999 and this is the description on the invoice HAP: HE708MAGBN0 So I take it they charged me for the happiness they have ****** by me the past 8 months as well................... VOX your service is pathetic - I sent a Gezelle all my photos and even all the courier details cell number everything I had - AMAZING that I have to do your work for you also to ensure or prevent you from *****ing my money ....but HEY look you still do what you want..... So now once again I need to send the whole world emails -- Have long conversations with all your automated chat bots -- that do NOTHING Or call in to ONCE again speak to another ROBOT or automated system - just to hold on the line for 45 min --- you clearly hear someone answering as the pre recordings stop.... and guess what ----- SILENCE is golden ...... they leave you to say hello hello a few times wait about 3min or so waisting more of your airtime then without them speaking one word they just hang up.....I must say they are very well trained also sitting at home - calls logged they can see they spent 2 - 3 min on the line --- but hey they did not help me.... so they are well trained in *****ing from you too.... Still struggling, if the eventually assist you with one query - then here comes your new problem. Once they have your banking details ....forget it they will take the money and no matter if you canceled - no matter if the service you were paying for was not working....it does not matter they WILL take your money AND SOME.... cause you have ZERO rights with them it just does not matter to them they do not listen to your needs or complaints - they just call give a very standard response - probably read from screen - if you say reason I am canceling is due to your product breaking .... and they can't replace it as in the contract cause now that item is discontinued .... so now you must take a 12 month contract AGAIN..... or pay there very FAMOUS CLAW back fees..... so now a UPS I paid for all that time stopped working... then when I wanted it to be replaced ...that was the options I got ..... SO either way sorry LOYAL CUSTOMER YOU LOSE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Well done to VOX outstanding way to treat customers. Now after canceling in January them never putting it through I paid for a broken unit till this month.... when you query every time you need to state the entire situation again. At last cancelation is done.... and the UPS and routers were sent back on the 1st of July, now I get another SMS requesting that I give the stock to the couriers.... LIKE WHAT..... I haven't recieved my refunds yet, paid the cancelations.... NOW this time there will probably be money deducted for the stock they want..... but I already sent back with the couriers they sent to collect....... because VOX has no clue what they doing. FAST to take your money -- But service is a laughing matter All I can say is think very very very carefully before you sign up with them I have been with a different service provider on one of my other properties, not one problem.
They absolutely ignore our rights, all my info was handed over to stage zero by them even my bank details................. all of a sudden a UPS that I cancelled in January is being deducted now from stage zero -- I never signed or gave permission for them to give my inforomation over who gave them the right to do this -- and I got yet another invoice from stage zero ...lovely paying a company you did not sign up with ....do not have the product as it broke in January and they wanted me to take out a new 12 month contract so I said no, cancel. these ppl do what they want with our prive information...................... Absolutely poor service, do not ever sign up with them, made the biggest mistake signing up with them, the just debit your account with what ever amount they feel like, you do not get response from accounts and letterlone management exept when they try and back up their staff and and the moment you send proof of what they are saying is not true - then no answer is recieved. Office automation PE is a no go .... a stay far away..... ripp off....
So in August signed up for a 250/250 line, I bought my own router by them and took a month to month cortract, to avoid having to pay their cancelation fees ect. so they came to install their so call Free to use pathetic router, I only foud this out months afterwards as this is at my office and I was not their while install took place, also now that I do not get the speed I have been paying for and want to cancel, they want to charge me a cancelation fee or as they call it claw back fee..... so why falsely advertise month to month? Why cheat us out of hard earned money we pay for decent speeds, so I talk to them on there even worse chat bot --- ridiculous you can not speak to ppl anymore and eventually get to a technical department, who did nothing ..... because I am getting just over a 100 and I have a 250 line, so now I have to wait a further 72 hours while they log a query, this is just another way to ***** your money. My advise - DO NOT EVER EVER IN YOUR LIFE SIGN UP WITH VOX CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT SERVICE BECAUSE THERE IS NONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
