STAGE ZERO NOT EVEN REALLY LAUNCHED and already a problem
They absolutely ignore our rights, all my info was handed over to stage zero by them even my bank details................. all of a sudden a UPS that I cancelled in January is being deducted now from stage zero -- I never signed or gave permission for them to give my inforomation over who gave them the right to do this -- and I got yet another invoice from stage zero ...lovely paying a company you did not sign up with ....do not have the product as it broke in January and they wanted me to take out a new 12 month contract so I said no, cancel. these ppl do what they want with our prive information...................... WITHOUT CONCENT

VOX gives STAGE ZERO private info including banking debit details without concent

*****ING MONEY DAILY THIS SHOULD BE THEIR SLOGAN
So in August signed up for a 250/250 line, I bought my own router by them and took a month to month cortract, to avoid having to pay their cancelation fees ect. so they came to install their so call Free to use pathetic router, I only foud this out months afterwards as this is at my office and I was not their while install took place, also now that I do not get the speed I have been paying for and want to cancel, they want to charge me a cancelation fee or as they call it claw back fee..... so why falsely advertise month to month? Why cheat us out of hard earned money we pay for decent speeds, so I talk to them on there even worse chat bot --- ridiculous you can not speak to ppl anymore and eventually get to a technical department, who did nothing ..... because I am getting just over a 100 and I have a 250 line, so now I have to wait a further 72 hours while they log a query, this is just another way to ***** your money. My advise - DO NOT EVER EVER IN YOUR LIFE SIGN UP WITH VOX CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT SERVICE BECAUSE THERE IS NONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

KFC -- Order online -- pick up self but have to wait 20+
This KFC is probably one of the worst in PE - they are always out of stock, you go to drive through and get told to wait in front of shop they will bring order - this can take a good 15min. today I ordered on ubereats and decided to go and collect - and wow yet again I am waiting inside the shop for over 20min -- Well done KFC -- probably the slowest service there is. I will make a point of coming to leave a review everytime - as last time it was Newton park KFC that we had to wait in front of shop after ordering in the drive through - why is there a drive through if they send you to go wait in parking ..... and this is not in times where it is busy..... KFC is turning out to be a joke - the KFC in Circular drive the once we got there at just after 9pm they told us they are sold out of chicken ...... a KFC that does not have chicken --- what a joke ...... they better get better at this because with service like this crispy chicken will soon take there place .... or hungry lion .... so so sad that a house hold name like this is being flushed down the drain due to poor management

VOX blaklisting error
I cancelled my services, adhering to the notice periods - handing back the router by courier etc. -- now they go and list me for more than R6K - I am getting calls from a debt collector - when I ask for what it is they are not allowed to tell me .... I mean that is ridiculous as you want me to pay money and don't even tell me what I did wrong. I have sent emails and to no avail no one assists you.

Give one month notice before you die!
Well where to start, lets put it this way please make sure you give one month notice before dying, my late husband was renting a flat in secunda and suddenly passed away on the 25th of a month, I came up and cleaned out his flat and was sure to leave it clean and everything, after almost a month I ask about his deposit, as conviently his agent was not there the day I arrived and had to deal with a assistant, I asked what about the deposit and she said the agent will be in contact, they did not notify me of anything, I could have tried to get someone to rent the place in that time but they just did not comunicate anything - so now when I asked, what is going on, 1st she missed my 1st message, then the excuse was they did not have my contact details - but I gave it to the owner and the assistant. No they are saying I will not get the deposit, they had to pay it to the owner for loss of income, so I asked for a copy of his signed rental agreement as I am his legal wife - they refused to give it to me as I was not on there as next of kin. This rental agency is one of the worst, I have many other distasteful experiences with them. As the situation is my husband had no policies not even a funeral plan in place, so as a widow with 2 children of one is a minor the other just turned 18, that deposit I was depending on to cover costs.
