Unauthorized Debit Order

I noticed two debit orders for R99.99 each that went off my bank account during January and February 2016. The references ended with SMART3643 and SMART8503. My journey began with Fulcrum (Bianca) 031-9413983 who acted on instructions from Smart Select (Magdelene) 073-6526666 who then referred me to Mediplus (Cindy) 031-8374483. At no point in time did I ever had any dealings with any of these mentioned companies nor did I authorize any debit orders. I was informed by Cindy that they will have to listen to the recordings and provide me with feedback within a day. My bank immediately reversed the debit orders but advised that these companies could simply reinstate the debit order for any other amount and it will still be honored. Even if I cancel the debit order will they still be able to deduct different amounts and the bank will honor it. I emphatically deny ever authorizing any debit orders and does this amount to theft and fraud. I know who the owner of Mediplus is so please be warned that if any further attempts by your company to unlawfully take money from me will leave me with no other alternative to take further steps. The ball is therefore in your court!
