Shame on you Virgin Active for treating a member this way!
I would like to cancel my membership with Virgin Active. I have contacted them three times, and have emailed them and to date still no response. I went onto their website and logged a request for someone to contact me (as all the gyms are currently closed) about two weeks ago. They have still not responded. I realise company's are working with skeleton staff however their website said someone will contact me a.s.a.p.. I work from home, thousands of others work from home. That does not mean you don't have to follow up on your customers' correspondence. They have not stopped taking my money every month however they don't pay me the courtesy of responding to my requests. That's not how business should work. I have been a member for may years. You were quick to sign me up and receive my membership fees every month, and now I'm not important enough for you to get back to me. Shame on you Virgin Active for treating me this way.

Fantastic Service! Definitely an "over-deliver" attitude from everyone
As always, the whole Bakgat Removals team were fantastic. My whole move went smooth, nothing was damaged or broken, and the team were professional, friendly, well trained and every single person, from getting a quote to delivering the final move gave exceptional service! What a pleasure to deal with this team. No matter how many other removal quotes I get, even if they are more affordable, I always come back to Bakgat. They are the reason for a stress-free and perfect move - everytime. Thank you to each and every one of you in the team!
