Not as Reliable ... Not at All.
Order only shipped on the date that delivery was promised 20 days after ordering. Tracking info on mails not corresponding to actual tracking info provided by the courier (which is not the courier guy or Fastway as advertised on their website). Upon requesting a refund based on totally false information provided at ordering I was sent a link to their very one sided T&C. Do yourself a favor and read these to determine if that is the type of company that you would want to make payment in advance to. I will now have to sit and wait for my delivery due to my poor selection of supplier. Fast shipping but not fast to ship, Easy returns but at the cost of you paying the costs (both ways) and lose 35%. Why not rather say throw the purchase in the dustbin as that will come to the same economic outcome for the customer.

Order not completely delivered - no response
Did not receive all the items that i ordered and paid for. Upon enquiry I was advised that they have photo evidence of all items being included in the package. Even after follow up calls i was promised the mentioned evidence. More than a week now with absolutely no response to the request from Daniel. Order ORD-046357 refers.
