Bad service won't correct their mistakes

VERY bad service!! I made an order which I received and all the clothing fitted. I made a second order, and this was a big order of about 12 outfits. Either the clothing are too small or it looks like you are wearing a tent _ way to big. The clothing doesnt even look the same as the previous batch or on the advertised photographs. Matching items were incorrect colourd. I contacted Charne Bothma about this, she said she will contact 'them' on Monday. Mondat afternoon I adk her for feedback, with no reply not even reafing my message. Tuesday afternoon I ask again with the same result as the previous day. I phoned Charne without success, she doesn't answer. So I gave her a piece of mind. She refuse to fix her mistake. I posted on her facebook page since she is not replying andnot answering or returning my call. She then blocked me on all forms to come in contact with het. Avoid disappointment and don't support het. Very poor service and she tries on everything the customers order.
