My ECU was sent to them to remove an error code that caused the engine light to stay on. Within two days they had charged me R9 086 to test and reprogram the unit. When the unit was reinstalled in the car there was a new fault code that wasn't there previously. This was immediately reported to Henry. They then started giving me and the service centre the run around. After 12 days and several calls and emails they requested that the unit be sent back to them. Every time we sent an email or called them, they would promise to solve the problem as soon as possible. After a month they still had not done anything. I visited their workshop and they then reprogrammed the unit back to the status that it originally was and handed it to me. Their so-called 1 -year warranty is worthless. Whenever you call them, they always claim to be super busy, but they were able to reprogram my unit and bill me within 2 days after it was originally sent to them.
