Bought items online which were not suitable. Went to their Eastgate branch to return but the 2 consultants said they can not do refunds because their store is trading on a minus, they did not make sales for the day. Sent an email to their head office, it's been 2 weeks no response. I only got the automated responses acknowledging the email
Very friendly consultants,when you request a call back they call within minutes. Service is consistently great
I went to autozone in springs for a battery replacement using payjustnow. The team was super helpful and doing their best to assist especially Quinton who went all out to sort out my PJN which was not working properly
I registered my daughter online on the 28 December 2023 and received an email to pay registration same day. I paid and a few days later went to school to get stationary and uniform list. The receptionist called someone else who then said they don't accept matric , I must send an email for my refund. I've been sending emails and even went to school twice. All they can say is that it's escalated - no refund
I bought stationary and paid on the 6th of January, they haven't delivered. I called and was told they don't have stock , yet they accepted payment. When I send messages to enquire about the delivery they don't respond. Worst online store ever - not convenient
Consultant called me early December offering a beauty package. I signed up but asked for a contract, instead they sent a debit order mandate which I didn't approve because they didn't send a contract. End of December they debited, I reversed and sent them an email explaining that I need a contract so I know what I am subscribing to our else cancel. They didn't bother to respond or call me. Today they debited without sending the contract still. It is illegal to collect debt without having a contract or giving your creditor a statement showing what they are paying for. Moimooi is getting way with having no direct contact and not responding to emails
I bought a bicycle online on the 24 November. Next day I got a message that they were going to deliver, which never happened. I have been calling the call centre where they pick up and not say a word until you hang up. I sent an email which was never answered , I got the WhatsApp number where you have a robot responding with the same answer for everything question. when I track using the details they gave me it says packed while it was on its way last week. My son has been waiting for his birthday gift that I paid for but some rich company believes I don't deserve to have
I went to Mall of Africa branch to buy a few items I needed. When I got to the tills, the cashier (Nqobile) rings my items and then asked how I am paying. I gave her my Woolworths card. She looked at the card and said she can't read the numbers so I have to go and do a temporary card. I refused because I have a card that works perfectly. I asked why she's not swiping the card and she didn't answer instead she called a supervisor. They then argued about my card being a temporary card. I told them I've had the card for a year already. The supervisor then asked for my ID which I have to her. They then disappeared for 15 minutes or so and then the cashier came back and swiped the card. I am irritated because I had to wait for long and still don't know why. Even after waiting for so long, she didn't ask if I needed a packet for my food items instead she gave me a slip to sign and watched me as I pack food in the clothing bag. I feel if they suspected I was a thief, they should have had respect and took me to a private room.

I went to buy Champaign and chocolates in Mall of Africa. I took champagn which was R139 on special. When I got to the chocolate section I found chocolates that were priced R57 a box and I excitedly took and went to the tills. When I got there the cashier scanned and the chocolates were R99. I explained to her that the price on the shelf is R57 and she stood up and went with me to the chocolate section. I showed her and she showed me other chocolates which were smaller and R54 in price and said I can see that it doesn't make sense for the bigger ones to be R3 extra. I then walked out and left her because she was insisting what I am seeing doesn't make sense
