my husband neil ferris upgraded his contract on 11 june 2022 to the cellphone package they had on special samsung s20 fan edition in cell c welkom mall. to this day, no phone call, no update nothing. he visited the branch yesterday they say theres no stock and its not their problem he must take a different cheaper phone that has stock. rhey also cannot forsee when the said particular cellphone will ever be in stock and the payment will still be deducted this month regardless if he has the phone or not.
Hi peter, I was contacted by a consulted that promised to sort things out and get back to me, still no answer iro the bank charges of 4 RD's which is R395.00 IN TOTAL....this is really poor. I was debited for insurance on a car that doesn't exist. R395.00 later, I still have no clue whether they stopped the policy (no letter) and no response as to when they are going to pay me back the bank charges they accrued on my cheque account??
On 16/07/2015, I done an online quotation with kingprice. I hardly reached the 2nd page then a consultant from there called me to complete the quotation via telephone. I explained that I applied for refinance and the bank needed proof of insurance. I had also told him, that I need to discuss the premium with my spouse first, as I am married in COP. I mentioned it numerous times even when he insisted on having my nednk acc details. He promised that they will not deduct premiums up until my spouse and I complete reading the policy schedule, T/C and all that. The bank declined my application so I e-mailed the 1st cancelation letter on 27/07/2015 (within 30day cooling off period). Again another letter I sent on 30/07/2015. on 01/08/2015 they deducted R654.62 R319.00, due to insufficient funds in my account the bank debited me with R180.00 respectively. Again on 04/08/2015 I sent the 4th cancelation letter after I had received an email from their collections department. On 17/08/2015 the again debited my bank account with the same amounts. There is still no funds in my account, so I can well expect the bank to debit me again for the RD's on my account. 18/08-5th letter sent? so upset!
