This place was fantastic! Smoothest car buying experience i’ve had. I bought a car from Motorcall Auto Centurion, the car was in perfect condition and a great price tag! Stefan was so great to work with, very helpful and kept me updated through the entire process. He went above and beyond his ways to ensure that the deal went as smoothly as possible. I honestly can’t put into words how great it was! Such a smooth and stress free process it was so refreshing! Everything was fantastic!! I absolutely love my new car! Pathetic customer service when you call regarding the Account or technical issues they don't pick up and when they pick they hang up on you but when it's for sales they they pick up immediately. You really need to revisit your service delivery.
Agent was very professional and made it easy to understand the context of my contract.
I went to FNB clear water mall to withdraw cash, my FNB cards both Debit and Credit could not be read by their card reader machines. Note these cards are still new and their card machine could not read the magnetic strips. I can withdraw money from an ATM and pay by tappin with both these cards. So the only option when withdrawing cash is swippin the card. This was not possible, they had to give me a new card so that i can swip on their machine. Later on i noticed they actually charged me for the new card which i personally didnt need, this happened to the client who went in after me and he too had to get a temporary card which he paid for so that he can withdraw his own money when his cards work fine every where apart from the FNB clear water card machine. This is totally unacceptable and makes me reconsider bankin with FNB any more.
I ordered for a Fiber to the Home line one month ago and paid Accelerit the R 2,300 needed to kick off the order on the 28th May 2020. On the 11 june 2020, Vumatell installation team came and installed the router to my house, they told me the activation team will come on the evening and activate the line. Now i call Vumatell and they tell me there are no open ports in my area that i will have to wait between 6month to a year to get my fiber line after the area has been upgraded. This is an ethical business practice and these companies are taking advantage of the lock down to rip customers. I asked prior to ordering a line if they have ports available and they said yes. Now a Vumatel consultant tried to lie to me that lockdown rules prevent the activation and it can only be done after lockdown. the reason i asked if they had ports available was because if they didnt have, i would have gone the ADSL route. Now my Business and kids will have to suffer now because of their deception. I just want these guys to come take their f*ckin router out of my house and refund me my money back.
