Excellent Service
I cannot thank Insurance Zone; our portfolio manager and their administrative department for the excellent service I got from them in resolving my insurance claim - from the time of reporting the stolen device to the the time that I collected a new handset was less than 8 hours. One cannot value or rate such amazing service and help when your phone is your livelihood. Thank you to Mantletse Makgothi and Sherne Streicher for your friendly and efficient service.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND TURN AROUND TIME
Received very prompt and efficient service from Phone City. I was extremely impressed with the valued advice I got from management in the choice of phone for my insurance claim - I received my device within less than 8 hours of reporting the phone stolen - the amazing service from Phone City just added to the ease of what could have been an extremely stressful process. Thanks to Phone City I had a new device before the end of the day. Will highly recommend them.
