I recently created an order for a mobile phone, from the date of order until delivery I was clear on the status of the order, there was a 1 working day delay from the original communicated date however I was being updated on the customs delay and on the release of the items. I changed my delivery address during the process and there was no issue delivering the item to me. The WhatsApp communication makes things very easy.
Easily a 5 stars experience. From when I enquired about the difference between the same device in different warehouses to the order and finally to the delivery. The whole experience was without a glitch and I received the delivery exactly on the promised timeline.
