Not finishing work agreed upon

Frog Security was contracted to do some work for Downtown Music Hub which was incomplete. The y demanded payment and made a commitment to complete the work. They were paid but despite several attempts to get them back on site to complete the work, they have not done so. Willem does not respond to calls or messages and their non-completion is affecting our business.
