I signed up for a tax course via SAIT that advertised thw course at 50% if you sign up through this option. I sent email requesting confirmation midway my course. I paid the 6 months for a 12 month course. After the 6 months the platform changed and o was not given access to the new platform. I queried it and feedback received was not very helpful. I did not bother to enquire again because I was not getting much from the course in the first place. A few months later I started getting calls and emails requesting payment for overdue fees which I am not due to pay as I've already paid 50% of the course fees. I emailed all my communications to tax faculty. Every instance when I do then the communication dies down on their end until a few months later when they start it all over again. I am so frustrated this morning because now I have been handed over for something that I feel is an administration issue at The Tax Faculty. Now I am having to deal with MBD because of their administrative incompetency. This is not acceptable.
