Poor service

Very poor service after placing and purchasing an item of their website. I had no communication from them for over 3 weeks. Then by sending an email I get a refund on my account. After sending another email. I get a call back just to tell me there is no stock but the item is listed as stock on the website. I was then promised another amplifier but after another few weeks of no communication and numerous attempts at getting the guy who promised me the replacement, I call them only to be advised that I need to seem the item somewhere else as it is not going to happen. If this is the way they do business then I'm sorry it is terrible.
