I purchased a few items recently from Edgars (Somerset Mall). Amongst the items were Bear Mens Briefs (2 pack)<br> The underwear is R300 for 2.<br> Im not one to generally complain but the first day i noticed that there were a big gaping hole in the underwear.<br> <br> I immediately contacted Edgars and informed them of the Issue. At my surprise i got an immediate response with a reference number. After a few days of not hearing from them I decided to follow up. Mr Nkosi got back to me stating that he will look into the matter.<br> <br> Since such time I have sent about 10 follow up mails to all their departments and NOBODY gets back to me.<br> <br> Its clear that the model of the story is you pay their inflated prices and they reap all the profit and delivering sub par clothing.<br> <br> Maybe that is their new way of doing business.
