Looking for a good agent to sell your property
They were successful in finding me a cash buyer at an acceptable price. I wish to thank Llewellyn Louw, their local Paarl agent, for doing such a thorough selling job and sticking to the time of each viewing appointment. Every time he brought a qualified prospect buyer to view it was obvious that he clicked with that prospect, The prospect appreciated the detail showing of the advantages our house offered. Also, the way the final OTP was done after a week of negotiations to meet the needs of both parties. Thank you, Llewellyn Louw, Pam Golding Properties

Chicken Pie
Just enjoyed the best Chicken Pie that was purchased as frozen meal from Boschendal. Strongly recommend them for online purchases of frozen meals.

No delivery or communication after paying 3 weeks ago. No contact with company except on email. Very concerned that I have been had. Be careful.

No after sales service
Order was placed and installation happened very promptly. Then came the after sales service????? My "whatsup" calls were totally ignored. My "whatsup" messages were read but not acknowledged or responded to. It cost me a personal visit to their office to explain my problem and was promised they would come around and fix situation. Waiting for 5 weeks and no response or communication, I have given up on them and have approached an opposition company to come and sort out the problem.

Unfair treatment
Purchased a set of three kitchen tools and only received one tool not in the set ordered. They maintain order is complete. I am trying to tell them they sent the wrong item and I want a set of three as per their adverti*****t. They insist that I send back by courier the item not wanted at my expense and they will credit me the amount paid for the set of three, less 15% handling fee as well. Their mistake and I must pay for it. No more purchasing from them.

Lunch date to remember.
Early lunch celebrating my wife's 72nd birthday and Valentines day for the fifth time. Could not have chosen the a better restraurant. My lamb and feta pizza was to die for. Everyone was very happy with their meals ordered. The service was excellent. The wine tasting and deli was an added bonus. Even the goats were very friendly. I certainly will be back.

Total Refund on cancelled order not forthcoming
Purchased online leather shoes in Aug2022. Paid EFT and order was placed with overseas supplier but no shoes arrived in SA so it was agreed to cancel the order and my money paid would be refunded. Only R500 of the R1460 was credited in my bank. Since then, I was promised every two weeks that payment would be forthcoming, but nothing was forthcoming. We are now 5 months later and still have no payment. Her excuse is business is bad and no money is coming into the business and therefore she cannot pay me. Very unhappy with the promises and lies and not receiving my refund.

Only part refund on cancelled order

Running specials but have no stock
Third time I especially went to Foodlovers to buy their special 3x400g white cheddar for R120 and end up buying a 800 gram at normal price. Spoke to floor Manager who said they can't get stock but the add is running for a month. He could not discount the 800 gram to compensate. Foodlovers must do better to keep me as customer.
