#SupportLocal Fantastic service from Powerflow. **** was extremely professional and helpful in making the booking for my vehicle. Andrea and Richard make all their customers feel welcome when entering the premises. The workshop was very neat and they are professional and knowledgeable. Thank you to both of you, as well as your workshop staff, it is rare finding gems like this where people still care about service, keep up the good work.
Kenilworth store - terrible customer service, with almost little to no stock of the most basic items. Checked the Builders warehouse website to 2.5mm household wire (100m roll) - Yellow/Green, the site shows 1 in stock at Kenilworth Builders Express - Knowing that it is the last item, I called the store to confirm if the item is physically in the store beforehand. The call centre agent service was exceptionally good for a change, she checked the system, confirmed 1 unit in stock and even phoned the store on my behalf. She confirmed with Yusaf in the electrical department that there is a single 1 of 2.5mm household wire - Yellow/Green left and that he has put it aside for me to collect. Visited the store approximately 10 minutes after the phone call and struggled to find Ysuaf - eventually someone pointed him out, he took me to the reception counter to a roll of 1.5mm household wire, after asking about the correct wire he proceeded to check the empty shelf in the electrical department to only say they have stock of the 1.5mm (2 on the shelf - which the website also registers). I asked why they did not confirm the correct item and he just shrugged and said that the call center agent asked for 1.5mm - I informed him that I had specifically provided the Article/SKU Number from the website as per the call agents request and confirmed the size, length and colour. After asking when they expect stock, Yusaf simply shrugged and said that he does not know - after expressing my frustration yet again at this branch - he simply said that he I can speak to the reception counter and try his best, he proceeded to just walk away. I spoke to the desk and they called another person. Steve advised that they can do a Store Transfer Order (STO) and it should be available in a few days, but as the item is not usually carried as stock (even though the website confirms stock on 100m rolls) of the item that I would need to pay upfront for the item. I advised that I will purchase the item if it arrives and if I feel like returning to this horrible store.
