We had a break in and we processed a claim through Outsurance.<br> <br> I was pleasantly surprised with their service, I was expecting red tape and hoops to stand in our way. There were a few phone calls where they required quite a bit of info on the stolen items, but it was a lot less painful than I expected. <br> <br> Thank you for your assistance during this time.
We were warned of increasing monthly fee's on a 2 year fixed contract that we signed. I then phoned the help centre and spoke to a manager. He asked me what contract I am on and he looked it up on the system. I was upset that CellC was breaching the contract by increasing our monthly fees. He then assured me that our contracts are NOT being increased as we have already signed a 2 year contract and that only new clients will be affected. I once again asked him to confirm that my monthly fee's will NOT increase at the end of February. He confirmed.<br> <br> I am shocked to receive my monthly invoice to find that my fees have in fact increased. The CPA overrides any contract that I have agreed to with CellC, and I will utilise my rights to cancel all three contracts that I have with CellC if this is not corrected. I will make it my personal mission in life to inform all my friends and family of this breach and do everything in my power to get them to switch to decent providers.<br> <br> What is the point of signing a 2 year fixed contract, when half way through you suddenly change the price, this is utterly unacceptable.<br>
