For more than 2 weeks I have attempted to contact this company by email and telephone. Emails have an automated reply telling me that someone is going to contact me and when I call, I am told I am being connected to Charmaine but only manage to get her voice mail. The service is shocking and I am really wondering if this is the way they treat customers, what are the products like?
Several weeks ago a friend bought a fridge CASH from above. When it was del'd, it was not packaged and as the fridge was being sent to Zim, it obviously had to be packaged properly. My friend was told that 'there was no packaging' for the fridge, so she asked them to take it back and refund her money. They offered her other goods in it's place, but she needed a fridge. The fridge was returned the same day. Since then she has been to the store on several occasions rightly asking for a refund and being brushed off with a lot of stupid excuses. They then asked her for the original invoice, which they have kept and now 'cannot find' as it is 'in a box somewhere'. They do not answer their phones. This week, my friend went in again and I asked her to call me so I could speak to Nadia. Again, a lot of BS excuses. The shop was closing, they have been bought over, etc. etc. All excuses which have absolutely nothing to do with us. I have explained to Nadia that I will be contacting the CPA which I plan to do on Monday morning. <br> Their treatment of customers is beyond ridiculous.
