I went to Sleepmasters Wonderpark on the 15 November 2020 to buy a bed room suite as advertise on their Webpage. They told me on that day that they will receiving stock on the 20 November 2020. I went back on the 20 November 2020 to pay for this bedroom suite. Still no stock. The BRANCH manageress Said to me pay so long to secure a bed room suite for myself as this item is on special. They Said the new stock will be in the ware house on the 29 November 2020. When I phoned Sleepmasters today 2 Desember 2020 to find out when can I go and collect my bed room suite they Said I have to wait until the 20 Dec 2020 when the stock will be available at the warehouse. I am so furious because everytime I call them I'm getting different dates to collect my order. Why are they still advertising this item as they dont have stock in any of their warehouses. The service I'm getting from Sleepmasters is very unproffesional. They say they will give feedback per Phone but never contact me ever since I have to contact them everytime. I locked a complaint at their head office even gave me a reference number and was told that the warehouses will contact me. I'm still waiting.
<p>Phoned on the 18 February 2017 to arrange installation for a Explora Decoder. I explain to the guy that installation can only happen on Monday 20 February 2017 due to my working hours and that there will be someone at my premises on this day, other days in the week would be impossible. He told me no problem they will contact me on Monday 20 February 2017 to arrange installation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Received phone call to say that they arrange installation for Thuesday. My question now is how do they want to enter my premises to do the installation if there will be nobody at home?</p> <p> </p> <p>This is very poor arrangements from Pal Electronics.</p>
