Life Peglerae Hospital Rustenburg, service from accounts department is atrocious! Struggling to get 2 Hospital accounts from them for my mother. My email address was given for correspondence when I booked my 91 year old mother in for an operation. They answered me that they can send me 1 account but for the other account she must request it herself. Can't these people think for themselves!! If an email is given it's for all correspondence!! I had to tell them to go look at her file to see that I signed forms as well and there is an email on file. Really people, think for yourself, you are wasting my time and patience .Disgusting . .
Samsung S25 Ultra a waste of money. Upgraded about 2 months ago. Advertise that battery should last more than 2 days. Absolutely false advertising..I turned off everything that could drain battery and is on saving mode, but has yo charge my battery in the morning and evening. My A73 of more than 2 years old still has better battery life than this expensive but nearly useless phone. Would never recommend anyone yo waste money on this phone. Extremely disappointed!!!!
Wrote a complaint to Nissan SA about Nissan dealership that promised me a full tank of fuel on delivery, but sneaked R1000 into my contract for fuel to be financed by myself! I gave a huge deposit and really don't need to finance fuel! I don't think they even read through my entire complaint as the answer I got from Nissan SA was useless and unclear. This is my 4th but LAST Nissan that I bought, because of sly dealership and Nissan SA not taking any action. This is the meaning of brining a company's name into disrepute!! Fuel is not something you sell to a client and finance it, that is just senseless and *********!!
Avoid this dealership at all cost! They are dishonest and mislead customers. Salesperson makes not of promises, but after delivery you have to struggle and fight to get things done! Jaques promised me a full tank of diesel, but on delivery day added R1000 and then they hide it in the contact without disclosing it! Who would ever finance their own diesel for years and pay interest on it?? Other costs were also added without agreeing to it! They are dishonest, ********* and *********! Stay away!
I shop at Checkers Emfuleni in Vanderbijlpark nearly daily. On more than one occasion they had only a few cashiers available and a queue of customers waiting. Yesterday, 12 Jan was the same story. 3 cashiers at the tills and again a queue of customers. I went to the office which I assumed was the Mangers office, but he was not interested in my complaint and told me to go to the office next door. The lady was so \surprised"by the lack of tellers and said she would check the schedule. I do not want to make a day outing when I go shopping for a few items. I also have a life and things to do! EVERY time I get to a cashier"
It has been 10 days since I was supposed to be migrated to my new package. Every time I phone Call Centre they give me a new ref no and say they will report problem. I have no data on my phone and they can't even get that part done! Waiting for 3 days now to upload data I asked for and this morning Call Centre told me it failed and they will try again. I'm sitting with a huge bill already, because I pay out of data rates. I WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED!!! No one has even tried to phone me back since they have been reported. Autopage is totally incompetent and does not care about their customers! Stay away from this Company! Totally useless
I upgraded in February and should have been on the new contract on 1 April. I've been phoning Customer Care as well as the shop in Vaalpark where I upgraded daily. I get transferred from one person to the next and one department to another without any joy! Disgusting service! I am still on the weekender package and can't buy data, except from a Cell store. Call Centre pestered me nearly daily with calls to upgrade and when I finally upgrade no one cares a damn to resolve my problem!! You can cancel my new contract and take the phone back. I will go to a Company that wants to do business and actually care for their customers. Please change the name \Customer Care"to something else"
I have 2 contracts with Cell C for my children. After numerious calls a call agent phoned my daughter again <br> on 17/12/2014 and told her contract was due for upgrade. She told them that she is my daughter, she doesn't have my ID no and I am on holiday. YET they proceeded to let her do the upgrade. They know that legally I'm the only person that can upgrade and should have ended the call there and then, but apparently they are so desperate for sales that they KNOWLINGLY acted against the law!! I phoned pre-legal department, but I must get an affadavid etc before they would look into the matter. Why are calls recorded and why would they not listen to the tapes before sending the client around for police statements etc???? It is your staff that proceeded illegally with the upgrade, but now it becomes my problem. This is just not acceptable and I can't believe the cheek off staff to proceed with an upgrade when they now that they are not speaking to the contract holder! Are they not trained, are they desperate or just plain don't care?? I want this sorted out and are so disgusted of Cell C's way of doing business that I will never ever do business with you again!!<br>
