AVOID VISA REQUEST! From my personal experience I would not recommend anyone use their services. The consultants take chances and are not closely familiar with the rules and regulations of the consulates and different immigration laws. I was given the wrong instructions to proceed with a UK transit visa application before I had entry into my destination Schengen area even after explicitly asking the consultant on this and the application was refused on those grounds. In my particular case there was really no room for error and this ended up costing me upwards of R7000 and untold stress and I needed to book a new flight ticket directly into a Schengen area. Their management team refused to take any responsibility in the matter and staff generally showed zero sense of urgency. My advice would be to DO IT YOURSELF. At the end of the day almost all applications are online and VisaRequest adds little to no value during the process.
I filed a complaint about my car with Angelee Van Niekerk via Hyundai customer service. She received all my details required to proceed with an inquiry into my complaints about my car and the local dealership. It's been more than two months and not a peep. I hope this catches someone's eye and Hyundai can pick up the issue again.
All i want to do is help my mom cancel a pay-as-you go service form virgin mobile. (or get a new sim with the same number and move over to pure pre-paid). I am paying for something we do not use and after 3 emails to virgin mobile I have to revert to hello peter to get someone to help us out.

I am still getting billed after I asked for a prepaid conversion AND since yesterday none of my smses are sending, USSD codes are failing and data connection is unavailable. I tried other phones with my simcard, same issue. I don't know why I have such bad luck with autopage but it's starting to become absurd. Please help so we can sort this out once and for all.
My service was cancelled this morning after I was told that it would continue on as a normal pre-paid SIM. I'm pretty disappointed with autopage as the service has been really bad and now when the contract has expired and i chose not to renew it i got cut off completely. I can't do much without my number and I need this to be fixed ASAP!
I need to help my elderly mother close and pay out a policy that is not performing well and she really needs the funds. I have tried to contact sanlam via email and their online contact form with no feedback. All I need is the form we need to fill in to close the policy.
