I bought a cover for patio furniture from Coverguard, whom I was advised sells good quality covers that protects such patio furniture. I was impressed with their service until I realised they delivered the wrong cover that does not have a soft inner lay, which I have paid for. I now have sent numerous e-mails and made several calls only for the representative to come do measurements which I was thankful for. Ever since, I have not yet heard from them again, it is now again about 5 months later and my most recent phone call to them was on Monday upon which I was told some manager was going to phone me. I am disappointed with what has happened, terribly so.
