2 months yes two months bad whatsapp and bad face book u guys are costing me R30 a day in data when I have a 10 meg line. you know about the problem for months not why can we not receive whatsapp or Facebook all the time. I have been with you 22 years I am disabled and rely on my internet. every week I receive a call from you guys say I are still working on it . over a month to fix a daily that is crazy you need to fire all your technicians and hire some descent ones it's shocking.

HI MY NAME IS RONNIE I AM A DISABLE PERSON IN THE MONTCLAIR AREA OF DURBAN APPROX 700M FROM PICK AND PAY. A LOT OF THE TIME I AM NOT ABLE TO DO MY SHOPPING SO I USE THE INTERNET. I BUY FROM .CHECKERS,WOOLIES,MR PRICE,GROUPON AND SEVERAL OTHER WELL KNOW COMPANIES ,BUT GUESS WHAT I CANNOT BUY FROM PICK AND PAY AS THEY WILL NOT DELIVER.THEY WILL DRIVE PAST MY ROAD 50M TO GET TOO YELLOWWOOD PARK,THEY DELIVER TO CLAIRWOOD 500M FROM MY ROAD EVEN DELIVER TO MEREBANK 2KM FROM ME BUT NOT TO MONTCLAIR. THEY BLAME THIS ON MR DELIVERY .I HAVE CHATTED TO THE CALL CENTRE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND THEY NEVER SEEM TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, IT JUST FEELS LIKE THEY HAVE A PROBLEM SERVICING THE DISABLED PEOPLE AND PENSIONERS WHO ARE UNABLE TO GET OUT TO SHOP,I THINK THAT THIS IS A DISGRACE, IF THE COMPETITION CAN DELIVER WHY CAN THEY NOT DELIVER. COME ON PICK AND PAY I HAVE BE A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR OVER 40 YEARS ITS TIME TO GET WITH THE PROGRAM AND WAKE UP, AN OPTION COULD BE TO MAYBE FIRE MR DELIVERY AND START YOUR OWN DELIVERY SERVICE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE YOUR OPPOSITION DOES.HOPE YOU CAN RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM TO HELP US DISABLE PEOPLE AND PENSIONERS IN THE MONTCLAIR AREA.<br> RONNIE<br> PS.
