After being granted entrance, buying drinks and sitting at A table my friend and I were asked to move by a very unpleasant waiter, who subsequently then called a bouncer to ask us to move from a non reserved table with no reserved sign on to another table and being informed we would now be charged a R100 entrance fee for a show we were not even aware of and that there was a 14 person booking for the non reserved table we were sitting at.... With no one in.site????? Asked to speak to manger and youngster came to.the table to tell me the same story still no patrons in site??? Come on!!!.... Poorly man handled service .... If they had come politely and asked us to move and maybe offered a complimentary drink by a mature person ...different story... Won't be back there to spend any more money .... You suck! Put a notice on your door advising of a cover charge, have someone manning the door, put reserved signs on.tables that are actually reserved for real bookings ..... And hire pleasant staff!
