Looking for a replacement vehicle after oer car was ****** I found a suitable vehicle at CMH Honda The Glen. I arranged for a test drive for my wife and the salesman TJ accompanied us. After the test drive he phoned us two times a day to find out if we were interested in the vehicle and if he can go ahead with the deal. We completed the paper work and then the rot started. I had to enquire 3 times about the vehicles maintenance plan. The day we went tp sign and collect the vehicle was rushed to the wash bay. Receiving the vehicle there was no gift, thank you cards and not cleaned properly inside. The salesman apologized and said he will arrange a gift. We were given a tempory registration stating we shall receive the disc and new number plates within a week. It took more than 3 weeks to receive the disc and number plates after many call and og course the promised gift also never materialized. We bought a second vehicle from another dealership that is not part of the CMH group half the value of my wifes car within a week and had a total different experience with a car that was clean, a salesman that did all he promised and a dealership following up and enquiring about our experience and satisfaction with their service and our purchase.
Not being able to find wrestling shoes for my son in SA I found a selection of shoes on their.sight. Stating it takes 22-25 working days to deliver I took a chance and ordered a pair on the 1st of March, because my son had to leave for a tournament in Morocco on the 4th of April. After two days I received a mail confirming the size. I got nervous because the reviews on this site are not very good. To their credit they kept me informed throughout the proses and I received the correct item ,(size and colour) on 31 March. Thank you Wantitall.
