This company is a joke!!<br> I also signed 3 months but was sold lies! Promises that I can get double traffic for half the price only to sirgn and then get told they get 40% of the money!<br> After several fights and all promises I can tell you I got not a single phone call !<br> When I did it myself I generated plenty business and return!<br> In business you need a return not a loss! I've spent over 5100 rand as a pure loss and not just a loss of money a loss of business which means my loss is greater than what I spent !<br> They need to be pay people back of they can't stick to the selling bull method !<br> Toby was the useless salesman <br> Good luck to who ever signs
I have been with vodacom for 11 years but this just says it all. My i-phone 5's after 17 months just stopped charging so I took it in for repairs to customer care vodaworld Midrand. I received a Job number etc. After Like 7 days i had no response so I called in to get told my phone can not be fixed and I must Pay just under R3800.00 and will get a new phone without the box and accessories but they will keep my phone and now i didn't back up on i-cloud so that means I loose everything. I needed it fixed not a so called new probably re-furbished phone.<br> I declined the offer and went to collect my phone. Now because the phone was out of its 1 year warranty I went to a phone repair shop and for just R450.00 and 1 hr later my phone was fixed. I am completely disappointed in Vodacom that they can actually take the rip out of customers. Not even follow up calls to inform of the device status , i had to do all the dirty work and then to try take the liberty out of me.<br> After 11 years I will with no doubt be changing service providers. <br> what makes it worse is when i was waiting to collect the phone back the lady on her phone and chewing gum, that is so un-professional.<br> <br>
