We brought a VentMaster on the 6/5/2015<br> <br> 1 one was faulty - Fixed<br> 2 one was faulty - Fixed<br> 3 one also faulty- WHY DO A CUSTOMER NEED TO BE PUT UP WITH THIS!!!<br> <br> We did not pay half broken money, when i phoned today 03/08/2015 i was told very rudely told i am with a customer and the phone was put down in my ear!!! THIS IS NOT ON<br> <br> I think they must come and take this thing back and give our money back!!!<br> <br> REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!<br> <br>
I Just received a call from a consultant think her name was Tandeka, Mon 14:25<br> telling me about the promotions ADT is running, BUT as soon as i told her i have a security company looking after my house, she put down the phone in my ear, That is very RUDE!!! <br> <br> If you are looking for customers THIS is NOT the way to talk people!!!
