poor service

I have installed a tracking device from net star in my car in October 2013, I have never ever received a call from Netstar even when i press the panic button in my car. The first time I pressed was just to check if its working because even when the alarm goes off in my car accidentally no one from Net star would call me to check if the car is ok. The consultant responded a day later after pressing the panic button and I told her but the button was pressed yesterday, I then asked them to check if the device in my car was working then they came to fix it. I pressed the button again after a while and no one responded this time,I waited for a few days and still nothing, I then called Netstar and asked them to cancel the contract the guy then told me I need to pay for the reminder of the contract term for the device that was installed in my car because I am in breach of my contract. I explained to Net start that I will not pay because they have failed to render the services they had promised and my life has still been at risk should something happen to me or my car and I had their tracking device installed. Net star then went ahead to cancel the contract and they debited the money
