Shockingly bad service from Standard bank Insurance
Possibly the most *********** Insurance company, a claim that was registered on the 7 August 2025 has still not been resolved or been adequately attended to. The feedback that you get is incorrect / Incomplete all with a I don't care attitude .

Excellent service from JHB Removals
I had a small consignment of furniture that needed to go from Jo'burg to Durban. The service offered was exceptional, from the minute I made the call to the final delivery. They were very accommodating and arranged collection on short notice. The items left Jo'burg in the evening and arrived in Durban the following morning. Pricing was very reasonable. All in all, outstanding service. Thank you, Robyn, and staff.

Terrible company - cannot be trusted.
Terrible company to deal with. I do not recommend that anyone use them. Struggling now for 2 years to obtain Regulation 38, They have misled from the get-go, feedback if any is poor and unclear. If you don't chase them they do nothing. When we pointed out their lack of commitment, they informed us that "they do not need to explain themselves" to us the client. They require additional "professional" fees. to go further. Sent them a detailed time-line of events highlighting the gaps and issues, no response. Brings me back to the don't care attitude.
