Two weeks and nothing done!

Waited in excess of two weeks for Daniel not to attend to the problem. His website offers leak detection as a service but this turned out to be the use of third parties to do the work. When the third part is also unreliable then nothing gets done! Each time I called 'we will be on it tomorrow' or 'held up on a big job' instead of saying they cannot or do not want the job. Dismal experience to say the least.
