Pathetic service
Steve's service was good at the beginning until it no longer existed. Asking him to come back and reassess the work he has completed is a mission. I have contacted him numerous times with him promising to come and no one has appeared. He gives guarantees that he does not keep to and he says he will provide it in writing but never does. PLEASE don't use the company unless you have a written contract with them and that they will return if there are any issues.

Refund-To be paid-Incompetent Staff
Hi Useless College,My name is Esavani and I have recently started with Damelin (regretting it already) & let's just say that the staff at Damelin is beyond incompetent. I have complained & complained & complained so much that I decided that enough is enough!1) I have requested for an invoice so my company can pay for the cash amount for my studies.WHICH TOOK 4 months to receive.it was only resolved after I laid a complaint with their complaints department of Damelin. 2) I then receive a call from an Extremely rude collections consultant asking me to pay Damelin.But that's not the BEST PART!3)I receive confirmation from Damelin ACCOUNTS department that they took out premiums from my PERSONAL bank account & now Damelin wants me to prove that it was taken.Seriously!!!!!!Now I must prove it when I received it from Damelin.This is what I receive from the refunds department:Good day,Please be advised that we have received the refund documents however what is outstanding is the-Letter from the company stating that the refund must be paid to your account.-Confirmation of banking details.-Proof of payment. There is no formal greeting & there is no signature.Cantsayanymorenomorecharacterleft
