Worst Service and lying to customers to says they will call them back. Went to fix my new shoes and glue was smashed all over my new suede shoes and now my shoes are ruined. The worse thing is that I only wore those twice since I bought them.I asked them why is glue smashed on my shoe no one is able to answer and they took sand paper and sc****d my suede off. I feel like someone needs to tell me what am I supposed to do with ruined shoes. Clearly MultiServ Arconpark hires people who don’t care, how come there was glue all over my shoes. For the fact their service is expensive
See me take an account with RCS never. I paid my account last year December which was handed to their lawyers after I left my permanent job for a internship. After I paid up my account, RCS never updated my credit report profile and several weeks ago transunion tried to contact them to be able to update my profile but RCS is not getting back to them. RCS is trying to sabotage us serious. I'm not happy with their service.
i'm really disappointed in the service that i got from American Swiss. I wore my wedding ring for only four months and one of the diamonds fell off. I took my ring for repairs on the 2nd of June 2015 till today my ring is still with them, and when i brought in the ring for service i was told it's only gone take 3 weeks. when i get to the store i was told that the ring is in cape town with the quality assurance people and i feel like nothing is being done hence they keep promising that they will call cape town to get feedback why they are taking long. I feel that you cannot promise a customer to call and not provide feedback to the customer. Bad service seriously and i feel that i'm no longer going to buy my jewelry if this the service i'm getting from them. If they cannot repair the ring why not give me a new ring. it cannot take 7 weeks to repair a ring.
