I would like to thank Justin Stolz from DFC for the amazing customer service, patience and kindness he has shown my mother during a very dark and difficult time in her life. In a world where its dog-eats-dog out there and everyone is busy, it is good to know there are still people who care and can take the time to see an enquiry through to the end no matter how long it takes or how hard it gets.
