So their support email: support@supercell.mail.helpshift.com Are unable to help, because I need to contact them via the in-game support, fine, fair enough, yet the in-game support has a bot requiring the very information I do not have, in addition to this they have required fields with the text listing it is "optional" but the constraint needs data, and so the bot is unable to assist putting me in a catch-22 and all the lot on the email say is: "go to the in-game system" - which does not work, they copy and paste their "suggestion" in replies and refuse to support... wost support I have yet to receive since they have not supported me on the matter yet.
The RMA process to get a swap out for a under warranty SSD is a catch 22 (neverending loop) - in short I contacted Samsung 03 April, they advised me to get it analyzed by one of their authorized repair agents, did that, wasted time since the agents basically did nothing, not even a report of damaged, my analysis was more complete than theirs, but that is beside the point, contacted Samsung on the same email thread and turns out in the meantime they contracted HP to handle all returns, got a link to follow, tried it and the Samsung SSD serial cannot work on HP website - no surprises there - which means yet again I am stuck with an SSD that broke under warranty and that Samsung is not willing to help replace. Last time I ever buy a Samsung SSD, the warranty was one of the main reasons, that and reliability, but both are out the window in this instance.
