I made contact with the customer service w.r.t pricing issue I had with pnp lifestyle Centurion. Got a reference number 1666298, and got ignored. Nobody made contact with me. Pick n pay, start looking after your customers, you will soon see yourself in deep trouble!
Appalling service received, wrong orders, hair in the food. Table never cleaned Waiter was more interested in smoking and chatting with friends, and left us unattended I made contact with ****rloos Pub, but got ignored. Would not recommend
I bought a second hand vehicle and "invested" in MotorVantage cover. The air-conditioning system failed and I tried to claim for the repairs. MotorVantage rejected my claim, as the parts was not covered as per their listing. Quick to reject my claim, but they took my payments with open arms!!!!

I submitted a chronic application on 08.01.24 . on the internet it states that it takes 2-3 working days to complete. I chatted with Mathabo, today who is extremely arrogant to tell me that it will only be assessed on 15.01.24, as they only work 8 hours a day, and that all applications are urgent. My last online message got ignored. Bad Bestmed!!!!! PERHAPS GET YOUR STAFF TO TREAT ME LIKE A CUSTOMER AND NOT A GOVERNMENT DEPENDAT!!!
I was unhappy with something at Edgars East Rand Mall, and asked to speak to the manager. Sindy, the so called manager was not interested in my complaint, and also could not answer my questions I had. Her body language was absolutely appalling. I said to her that my option would be to rather close my account, and Sindy replied by telling me it's best if I do so! She also told me that I am more than welcome to use social media and Edcon head office, as she is nor fazed at all. I will be closing my account as Edcon was not prepared to respond to my email
2017 Cranbourne panelbeaters repaired my vehicle. Now the paint is all cracked and peeling. I was advised that they only guarantee their work for 3 years. Am I then correct that any repair job they do will only last 3 years? Extremely bad service!!! Not even willing to negotiate. Rather use another repairerer but NOT Cranbourne panelbeaters
After 20 years I cancelled subscription in 2019. After 2 years I'm handed over to Blake associates as I owe R500. Fstv can't find my call, but strange thing the debit order is canceled. Poor service #dstvmustfall I will not pay that money. You can do what you want incompetent multi choice staff
When your savings are depleted, you are advised to use Discovery day to day Extender or Dr Connect. Its virtually impossible to use when you are sick. you have to download the app, and contact your nearest pharmacy. Why making it so difficult? if you are sick, you don't want to go thorough all of this. you want the doctor to see you, because you pay discovery such hefty amounts each month. Discovery I think the time has come for my and you to part out ways!!!!!!!
