Awning Concepts and Trellidoor
I recently had the pleasant experience of having to redo my Trellidoor security gates after 35 years of it being installed.Awning Concepts which own the Trellidoor franchise in Three Rivers came to assist me. I was met by Ruan and Attie and Bianca. Their care and duty to their clients are outstanding.Not only are they an experienced team but they are honest and ethical to boot.A rarity today. All my questions were answered and they delivered the new product on time and installed it to perfection. My issue with connectivity was solved in under 5 minutes by the excellent technical boffin Senande Lusizi after days of frustration. She is a superb client liaison officer who calmed me right down and handled my problem with efficiency and expertise. She was my heroine on a Sunday afternoon and was very patient with my frustrations. A great example of a caring individual. I'm pleased that Web Africa employ this calibre of person.
