Deducted my account and now dont want to refund me

I saw a deduction of R99 in my February 2015 statement, then I decided to check my previous statements and I saw that they also deducted another R99 in January 2015. I called them to find out what was the amount for. they said discount card, which I don't have and never used. They said the amount was for sending the card. I told them I never agreed to that and certainly never gave them my account number. Now I requested for the recording they just ignoring me and my money they not giving it back.<br> <br> I spoke to Portia Gumede, Sphumelele Mthembu and Halala Ndluvu. I am still waiting.
