I would like to bring to your attention some concerns regarding interactions with a particular employee, Thabo as an installer for the company. There have been indications of irregular practices that may not align with the organisation’s official procedures. For this reason, I advise that all engagements and transactions be conducted strictly through official company channels, with proper documentation and verification, to ensure compliance and transparency.
I had booked 2 units for a group of 5 this past Dec and was not happy with the service from on set. When I made the booking,dates were mixed up and fixed later. I took that as a normal human mistake. Arrival date and we had 2 units, which was expected. The problem was that we thought the units will be on the same floor or same building atleast. To our shock, one unit nxt to the restaurant and the other last block towards gate 1. This was not communicated prior at least for us to decide if we ok or not. The smaller unit 143, was so tiny for 3 people (yet advertisedas a 4 sleeper), dirty and connection to DSTV due to non payment of the subscription. We were not informed of which floor, my sister had a knee issue. Dish cloths were stinky and found on the floor below the bin. The sofa didn't even fit 2 adults,let alone to be a sleeper couch. Unit 506 was much bigger and better at least, close to amenities. The patio chairs were dirty and used to hang brown towels, which we didn't knw if they were clean or not. Check out time the locks to keep the keys were a hustle to open a d close. The host waited for us to request code, this is now at the gate and the security is infing us we should have a code to exit. That time we blocking a long queue of cars leaving the venue. My suggestion is that one should rather use the Mink hotel withing the Lagoon because this air bnb was not the best to use, especially for first time users.
