waiting 5 months for an online order.....???
Dissapointed that i wasted money in doing an online order..... it has been 5 months and i still havent received anything...upon questioning, i was told that the company has problems in locating payments to the orders..... so why do u then offer this service.....???? PATHETIC!!!

Repetitive bad service...
This is the second time i visit this store, and both times i had cashiers with an attitude not even worth explaining.... i dont think these people deserve to be employed with these crappy attitudes.... their representation of the brand, is pathetic..... The cashier assisting me, said that the item i was about to purchase,does not have a tag on and that she will get one with a tag... upon her return i asked her the price. When she said the price, i commented to ask whether it is not on special, her reply, yes.... it is.... and its 150.... its not what she said, but the way she said it that was offensive and almost like she was talking down on me....the reason for me asking whether it was on special, because the other items hanging with the one i purchased, all had tags of R100.... i have no idea what her name is, but i mentioned to her that she has a crap attitude.... hoping management will do something about the staff and their people skills....
