I ordered via Uber eats from Jade Tavern. When delivered I checked and once again an item was missing from my order. I called and spoke to Yusrah and explained the situation but was met with nothing but attitude. She insisted she gave it to the driver, the driver who was still with me said she had not. I agree with the driver since the item would not have fit in the sealed bag. She then proceeded to tell me it isn't their fault and that I need to contact Uber. I suppose I would have accepted this answer had it not been for the poor attitude which has on numerous prior occasions happened before. The lady in the front is ALWAYS unfriendly and miserable. A big part of running a successful business is good customer service. Look it up and learn something especially given the current economic climate. You need to step it up or you will loose your business to others. Like you have now. Jade Tavern is definitely no longer a takeout option for us. Good Bye!
