Stanley's ********* Quotation

I contacted Stanley's to move me from Dbn to Jhb. As I didn't have a place in Jhb when i contacted them, I asked the agent I was talking to move my items into storage as a temporary solution. When I spoke to the agent I was clear that I wanted to he quoted on moving out my Dbn residence, into storage and then out of storage to my Jhb residence. When he sent me the Stanley's quote he informed me it was an all inclusive quotation, baring of course monthly storage fees as I didn't know for how long my search for a place would take. I paid storage monthly. I informed Stanley's of my intention to move my stuff out of storage as I had found a plane in Jhb. They responded that it would be possible however I need to pay an amount of R5k that is according to them the cost to move to Jhb. I have been engaged in back and forths regarding this amount as I believe I don't owe Stanley's anything. I asked for full costs to settle them however now I'm being told of new costs that were never communicated to me when I accepted the contract with them. I have WhatsApp communication with the agent that was assisting me that all costs were in the quote. Now I'm being told something else.
