I had a problem with my ACCA application. I decided to drive to the offices in order to obtain professional assistance. when I got to the offices I was assisted by a very helpful lady by the name of Linah Thaba. She then picked up the problems on my application, then she decided to escalate the matter to her senior Pat Semeya .Who then called me to a room, just to tell me how ignorant and irresponsible I am. She raised her voice as if she was speaking to a nobody. I have never seen a person who is so unprofessional and RUDE at the same time. Her behaviour was unacceptable..... I have never received such service from ACCA. People in management should be problem solvers. All I want is for my registration to be complete so I can write my exams
