Terrible service and food
On Sunday, 8 November 2015, we were at Havana Club at Eden on the Bay, Blouberg. The whole experience was upsettingly bad and disappointing. Orders were incorrect, sauces mixed up on dishes, one order (which should be the quickest to make) came 45 minutes after everyone else received their food, the chips on the corrected plate of food was so oily and disgusting, not even the manager wanted to touch it when we called her over to our table. Really pathetic service.

One week TAT for Passport
After the excellent service we received last week (see previous compliment - only 15 minutes to apply for passport), we received our smses exactly one week later to notify us that our passports are ready for collection. Absolutely BRILLIANT!!

Quick and effortless passport application
Wow, I was so impressed with Randburg's Home Affairs office today. My fiance and I had to apply for passports. Got there at 14:30, done by 14:45. They are very well organised. Queus moved quickly. No more paperwork. Everything was done electronically. Even the photos were taken by them (so no need to bring your own). They also asked if we wanted to apply for smart IDs, which my Fiance did (within the 15 minutes). Really so quik, easy and effortless. Fantastic service! Thank you :)
