I did my licence renewal through DLTC. That part went very well, however, there is a lack of communication from their courier service provider, Skynet. They did not let me know when they planned to do the delivery, so I could not arrange estate access. Now when I try to reach them, there is no answer and I dont know when they plan to try again. I am tracking the delivery online, but is has not been updated after the first failed delivery. If they can just pick up their phones, this can be resolved.
They were very quick to tell me to pay a deposit, and that they will take 14 days to deliver the part, and then I can pay the balance. That was in April. Every time I phone, they are either busy offloading the part, but a day or 2 later, their supplier does not have stock. They said they will refund my deposit, but after numerous attempts to get them to do it, they still have not done a thing. A bunch of ****mers!! Stay away.
