NO CUSTOMER FOCUS / SELLING INCORRECT PRODUCTS

C&M Landscaping Supplies sold me a pump for a water feature rated to pump 1.2m. It only drips a bit at 1.1 and they claim that they tell all customers to buy bigger. This is a lie... Quick with lies when making a sale. I was not told this and they shouldn't sell incorrectly marked items. Then they told me that I never even opened it, but why cant I then upgrade it or get my money back??? They refuse to replace... One should take responsibility for your products. <br> <br> This is unethical...!!!<br>
