Extremely Disappointing Experience with Unique Roof and Wall Coatings
Working with Unique Roof and Wall Coatings has been one of the most frustrating and draining experiences we’ve ever had with a service provider. Don’t be swayed by their polished sales pitch or affiliation of DWASA and the MBA. Once payment was made, the owner, Rudi , showed a complete lack of professionalism, respect, and accountability. What initially seemed like a promising project quickly turned into a nightmare. After taking our money, Rudi refused to issue a refund for the work not done. The sales representative, Kyle, vanished as soon as the contract was signed, leaving us to deal with a mess — and an ongoing ******** investigation. The quality of work was appalling. We have never encountered such unskilled and unprofessional contractors. The workmanship was poor, with paint splattered everywhere and surfaces left worse than they were before. To make matters worse, any attempt to raise concerns was met with excuses, aggression, endless delays, and manipulative efforts to extract more money from us — all while the job remained incomplete. We ultimately had to hire other contractors to fix and finish what Unique failed to do. Rudi resorted to bullying and ************ rather than taking responsibility. He constantly shifted blame and refused to acknowledge any fault. Upon further investigation, we discovered we were not alone. Both DWASA and the MBA have reportedly received numerous complaints about this company’s workmanship and Rudi’s treatment of clients.
