One big lie

Crowd1 scammed me out of R2000 and I want my money back just last week I could still lock in and the only thing I can do on my Crowd1 is yo claim loyalty point nou I am suddenly access denied and can't lock in at all the game u can't play if u don't have a endless internet connection. It's been more than 3-4 years that I have Crowd1 but I didn't even make a sent of my money back from them can you please help me get my money back as I thought it might help me on my old day but now it just looks like a big scam I did get anywhere with money and nou I am denied access I want my money back like in yesterday
