Stay very far from this dinky little operations, they will happily take your deposits, let you have fun but the moment you want to withdraw your funds they put you through the ringer. I won well over 60k, decided to play some more and was left with a balance of +/- 30K. I wanted to withdraw the funds but FICA was not fully done yet, I sent in all my documents and then a certain agent by the name of Natalie Visser decided to harp on 2 deposits that she wants POP for, the more I kept telling her those deposits was not successfully, the more she kept telling me that without that she cannot assist me further. Now fast-forwarding to today, I received a short email from Natalie saying that the two deposits have been returned to my bank account and the balance in my account have been adjusted. Shocked to see that they adjusted my balance and left me with +/- R1400. So 28k was adjusted. Apparently since the two deposits was returned to my bank account, the winnings was derived from those two deposits and I am not entitled to my actual 30K winnings. So Natalie contradicted herself by first saying it was successful and then later to turn around and say it was not. This is all a ploy for YesPlay to NOT pay out any nice winnings. That is how they catch you out!!! Calling their customer service center is a nightmare, those people working there does not give two hoots about you. Even the Operations Manager Peter said he will get back to me, but I am still waiting. Probably another weak excuse as to why I cannot get my winnings. I recently had a nice big win at Sunbet, the platform is fantastic, their customer service is out of this world and my VERY BIG withdrawal was paid out in 48hours no issues no hassles. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.
So my review for Wilma was removed due to going against guidelines. Not sure how is "going against guidelines" if one is just telling the truth gosh I even complimented her and told the truth. My experience with Wilma Henderson. I contacted Wilma in Oct/Nov 2023 and was advised that she can only assist end of Nov 2023 when its my official retrenchment date. She advised her fee is R700, I paid the fee, submitted my documents to her and so the long road to get my payment started. What I noticed thus far: 1. Wilma is flippy-floppy with her fees, in the same financial year she charges 3 different amounts, R600, R700 and R800 2. Wilma only creates a profile for you, makes sure you have all the correct documents. 3. Her "follow-up" procedure is just a smoke screen LIKE MANY OTHER...you have to follow up, you have to go stand in a queue for 8 hours and then your claim will be processed. 4. Wilma and many others do the exact same thing, you pay a large amount of money to JUST: - make sure you have all the correct documents, and - create a profile on the UIF portal for you. I do not understand, how some of these reviews are thanking Wilma for her friendly and sufficient services throughout, because I was S$#@ scared of her, so scared that she might jeopardize my application. The way she structed her initial email with her rules would have anyone jump in their boots. Yes, I was very thankful and friendly towards Wilma in the beginning, but then things started to not make sense to me, why am I waiting so long if she continuously follows up and there is no response. Until one day, I visited the Labor Center and in less than 30 minutes my claim was approved and payment made in 5 days. Would I recommend Wilma or ANY UIF assist third party providers - NO You can do everything yourself and call the UIF center TOLL FREE and they can assist step by step. Did I waste R700 - YES Now Wilma can eat more than dry biscuits and marmite and perhaps go to her son's wedding as per her visual WhatsApp statuses. She will probably name and shame me as well. Is she professional - NO Lesson learned: Go to the Labor Center. Be prepared to stand there for a min of 5 hours. Get assistance immediately, especially in Cape Town, they were super efficient. It cost less. Just please! Stop paying people to do a job that you can easily do yourself.
I regret not reading these reviews earlier! Same happened to me. Full of moonshine and roses Then get douped by this Credit Check. Nothing of this business makes any sense!
Steer far away from Kenwood, not what they used to be. Service is shocking to say the least, getting no response, 1minute phone call, requested to please be called back, one week later, still waiting. Wasted my money and have a parent that bakes for a living in tears as there is no income as there is no proper Kenwood mixer! Thanks Kenwood!!!

Nothing nutritions about this! Not impressed with Montego anymore! Started the classic range as I was forcefully suggested to start using it by the pet shop assistant! Even after going back explaining the situation and wanting to replace the closed bag with another Montego brand, I was still refused! Now under lockdown I am sitting with a pure bred Minituare Schnauzer with hives, rach and skin allergy. It has nothing to do with the environment or any other foods he is given. Going back to Hills which I should have stayed with! Bag of Montego going to the bin!
To whoever that would be reading this review and I hope each and every person does that consider going with Hollard...DONT DO IT: 1. From day one it took countless hours, weeks and three attempts just to get the company to spell my complexs name correctly. I had to call and email the whole time. 2. Email response time is anything between 5 work days to never! 3. Called in before to let the company know debit order is not going to happen due to late salary payment and it could have been changed. 4. Called again early in time Aug to let them know please I need to make an arrangement and each and every person was unhelpful, not understanding, unfriendly and no customer services. Services that I pay for! 5. This company also do send you a Do Not Tow Sticker. Yes I know this is a petty thing, but important when you cannot speak for yourself, anyone can then tow your car and then your problem to find out where your car is. 6. After emailing Hollard to inform them I am cancelling the policy they still attempted TWICE to debit my account, leaving me with a R200 bank charge! Will I ever get the money back! NO! Please do not go with this company, might be some of you that had the pleasure of the company being good and service great! I have always been with Hollard but this have just gone to far. Done with Hollard and the pleasure to be with Outsurance now! Just think about it: do you ever see Hollard ads on TV, Radio etc? No! Just one measely funeral cover ad! Outsurance is everywhere, they want you as a customer/family member! Call Outsurance and ask to speak to Boipelo! Best ever! Again, my last words! Do not go with Hollard!!!
