The Phonebook Company phoned us, asking for a e-mail adres to send a order form for a renewal for telephone number listing. The order form states that you are \under no obligation to make any payment"";I knew that they will not be able to present me with a contract. They sent me the order form and the email confirming the detail. Now they say that they see \""the order form\"" as a contract and expect us to pay the invoice. They mislead our employee by implying that this is a renewal in order for her to place the order. I've had previous dealings with Trudon which is also a listing company and they used the same tack ticks to get us to make use of them. In my opinion they are using unethical ways to get business. """
